Active stretches can be completed without a stretching partner or stretching accessories. If you are performing the stretch with no external force, it is an active stretch. Passive Stretching: In passive stretching, there is an external force being provided. You are being stretched instead of actively stretching.

Hey David, got a few question as I'm stating my jorney into stretching 😄

How many times a week do you stretch and do you stretch the whole body while doing so? If so do you have a stretching routine that you follow and maybe one that you could share? 👉🏻👈🏻
I just discovered you not while ago and I'm completely mesmerized by your flexibilty. Hope that one day I could achive that level.

I onow active stretching is supposed to add length to the muscle, but wouldn't eccentric exercise be even better?

so 10 minutes for every thing, arm inside, outside is a minute. other arm 1minute all. leg inside, otside, other leg is 2 minutes both. abdomen, back is 1 minute. 10 minutes a day gets the stiff away.shower than do it, you are dry and get its done. damn easy i feel dumb
