Really appreciating all these exercises and workouts you're helping us with especially from home with this whole quarantine situation even when this isn't really a home workout. Keep on changing lives all around even when it's just from home. Your knowledge on calisthenics just changes this whole fitness thing. People usually just tell you to go through the motion and do exactly this, but you bring out your knowledge and it really helps us understand how we can do it best and how we can start or engage in these exercises, doing them better along with other exercises. I did my first pistol squat with each leg just yesterday by following your instructions on a previous video. Today I had done ten for each leg without any problem. Thanks a lot! Keep it up with the videos!

You have changed my life Chris.I am 14 years old and last year i was sticked with martial arts but i broked my wrist while practising some dangerous moves. While i was recovering i saw some of your videos and since i started to train calisthenics after i recovered my wrist i have made some good gains. I just did tuck planche yesterday thanks to your progressions and my patient, although my wrist are hurted as i do them in the floor.

With the coronavirus outbreak, perhaps a gym with all the equipments might not be available. These exercise routines are great for a close to full body workout with minimal equipment but definitely not for beginners! Stay safe and strong 💪💯
