20 Min Leg Workout With Dumbbells At Home

This Leg Workout will work your entire lower body with focus on strengthening and toning your legs. It's only 20 minutes but it's intense and effective. For this workout you’ll need a set of dumbbells, but don’t worry, if you don’t have any you can still follow along with the workout. When you are ready, grab your weights and let's do this!

👉🏼 40 Sec Work, 20 Sec Rest

I did your workout once last week and been dreaming about doing it again. Best workout ever. Still trying to overcome the execuses that keep me in this cycle of weight gain. Sic* didnt expect tears as i typed. Guess its the first i am honestly saying its excuses out loud.✌

This was intense🥵🌶♨. I did some dumbbell variation (heavier weight) on some portion and what a difference and super challenging! Amazing routine... there is really no excuse to do a leg workout at home! Thank you Oliver! I am drenched in sweat 💦 and loving it!😅👊👍
