Are you ready to work Team? Here is a spicy HOT 30 MIN GLUTES & THIGHS home workout. These are my favourite exercises to tone and target the GLUTE & THIGH muscles. Add dumbbells for the extra burn 🔥🔥🔥 Let's do it!

▸ Muscles Worked: Glutes & Thighs
▸ Time: 30 Min + cool down stretches
▸ Equipment: Dumbbells (I'm using 2 x 5kg for your reference)

Workout:
▸ Round 1: 40 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Round 2: 30 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Round 3: 20 sec on, 10 sec off
▸ Cool Down: 30 sec on, 10 sec off

Please remember that we are all different and that you can make this your own workout ♡ Take a longer break when you need to.

We are stronger than we think! Push a little harder and you will see🏋🏋‍♀️. This definitely had my legs shaking a little. Used 15lbs and 20lbs. I broke in some but pushed to finish

This workout is killer!! I didn't use weights and still had to take multiple breaks throughout, but I knew my thighs were weak going in. Hoping to come back to this in a while to see how much I improve!
