WATCH THE LOW BACK PAIN & SCIATICA MASTERCLASS:
.
This self treatment for low back pain is a better way to myofascial release the lower back muscles. This method is a way for you to perform a form of muscle release that is nearly identical to the way that your physical therapist or chiropractor may do, often called "pin and stretch" massage, or "Active Release Technique". This is basically a way of performing Active Release Technique on yourself, and you can achieve similar results. This will provide pain relief to your low back pain, and help to loosen up and relax the guarded and hyperactive muscles that get protective when you have an injury or chronic low back pain.

Empowerment, from therapist to patient, is the equivalent of reaching the summit of Mount Everest. It takes genuine care; humility, and the ultimate willingness to give. Thank you 🙏 Anthony, you are Brilliance personified, or shall I say, BRILLIANCE in MOTION. Your time and effort and sincerely appreciated Doctor.

Very detailed and it is really really useful that you point out the mistakes what can be made if it is being done incorrectly.

Hello. Does anyone have a positive experience with swimming, and does swimming help with myofachial syndrome? Thanks.

Would a golf ball work, instead of the lacrosse ball?
Thanks for the video!

Isn't a lacrosse ball too hard? I've heard from my pilates master trainer that fascia responds better to a softer ball, and that it can even tense up more when the pressure is too aggressive.

Why do I spasm afterwards when I do soft tissue work? It feels so good to get the release but then I feel worse afterwards.
