Here's what a day could look like if I were to eat 200g of protein 🍜

A lot of people have asked me why my protein is so high and why I'm not following the recommended 0.7-1g of lb per bw guide, and the reason is, everyone's different.

Those numbers aren't a rule you have to stick to. I personally started around there and as I've been tracking for so long now, my protein has just slowly increased over time, and it's just what suits my lifestyle now.

If you struggle to have that much protein, don't have that much protein. It's really not something to overcomplicate 🙂

Cabbage has to be one of the best cutting foods at least in my opinion. Holds up better than lettuce, can carry plenty of flavor, low calorie, high volume, high fiber.

Definitely found having over the recommended serving of protein has served me well. I always look leaner and hold muscle better when cutting

Highly recommend trying out adding some pickled veg or olives to the cracker, ham and cottage cheese combo!! I was making that same snack basically but was doing what I said with no ham, definitely trying out the ham version soon
