I try to do this in friendships, but finding the right audience is key. I don’t blame them for finding real conversations disconcerting. Depth is challenge, and quite scary. It’s thrilling for me. It’s not a brag. Painful truths help me grow. Not saying it’s easy or fun. I find myself alone in this goal though. I’m not afraid of a solo journey.
