Let’s talk about how to flatten your belly fast.

Crunches are not the secret to six-pack abs. To get flat abs and avoid poor posture or back pain at the same time, you need to balance exercises like crunches with other types of exercise, like back exercises.

Two of the best types of exercises for belly fat are long walks or hikes and high-intensity interval training (HIIT). While exercise is important, diet is more critical when it comes to losing belly fat.

The best fat-burning diet is the Healthy Keto® diet. This is a combination of high-quality protein, low-starch vegetables, and other nutrient-dense, low-carb foods.

Intermittent fasting is also beneficial to help you lose weight and get healthy. You may want to add more fat to your diet initially to help you fast for longer periods. But, once you become adapted and start losing fat, you may want to cut back the fat you consume.

You can take certain remedies for fat-burning, but realize these won't work unless you also change your diet.

I've reduce almost 4Kg/9lb just in 20 days by avoiding Sugar, 5 eggs in morning 4ltr water a day, 1.5 hours simple walk daily .

Hello from the Philippines. My mother died of diabetes so when I turned 50 I started doing low carb. I was a bit overweight but now at 51 years old, I am back to my weight when I was in my 20's. I need to hear every word you say/ said ! At 82 years old, my health improved immensely since January 9th - 2023 when I first listened to you . For over 40 years I lived with chronic Lyme disease , foggy brain like dementia and rheumatoid arthritis .years of Doxycycline etc. I followed all your advice ., gave up daily sugar = ice cream , pizza, pasta .18/6 was easy, because you so inspired, motivated me .After just a couple of weeks my brain became crystal clear - a Miracle ! I used to weight 240lbs, was considered obese, pre diabetic, on 3 types of BP meds (that never really lowered my BP) and when my GP told me if I don’t do anything about my weight I could have a stroke, become diabetic etc. Because of Dr Berg’s videos, I have lost over 70lbs in as little as 4 months. Just wanted to say thanks Dr Berg, you have helped me so much. For years I struggled with my weight, but I hit 104kg last Xmas aged 46 with a massive gut (all on my abdomen and face). With your guidance (Keto and IMF) I have dropped to 87kg, with a goal of 84kg by the end of the year. My BP is now normal, I no longer feel permanently fatigued and grumpy, and I feel 10 years younger. I feel like an advert, but it’s true. Being following him for almost year and half trust me follow his advice and you'll start loving yourself.. here is what changed in last 8 months.
Lost 24 kg was at 104 now at 80.5.
Quit sugar fast food my face structure totally changed have a defined jawline.
Overall mood and stress tolerance increased.

All of this is great information. I have also been drinking 16oz of water + 1 oz apple cider vinegar + 1oz aloe Vera juice + 1oz of lemon juice + 10g of glutamine every morning and I have noticed it has really helped with my stomach distention
