My progress:
I dont know my weight but somewhere between 130lbs-136lbs and im 5'2
Day 1: some burned, others I didnt feel like did anything.
Never mind I'm way to busy

I am 60. I have done this every day for a week and lost an inch off my bust, waist and hips 🎉. I have not exercised for nearly a year due to illness and it was great to see quick results. This is the first time I have ever put comments on YouTube. Now I am looking for something to tone the upper arms. Have a go my lovelies 💞

Look up and not down. These exercises take some getting used to. But, they really do their job. Hang in there.

stats: 187lbs - 85kg
what i hope to achieve (won’t happen in 7 days) 140lbs - 63kg
day one ✅: it burned and hurt. couldn’t finish it all but worth it.

Hi, just randomly documenting my progress here.
Day 1 ✅: IT HURTS, IT’S BURNING LOL. MY THIGHS BURNING ITS SORE.
Day 2 ✅: IT STILL HURTS LIKE HELL, I CAN FEEL MY CORE BURNING.
Day 3 ✅: Not as bad as the first and second time, now it’s a bit lighter. Though I still can feel the burning.

Fabulous workout! Honestly, I do most of these exercises in bed minus the planks because the floor even with a mat hurts too much. 🥺

Day 1: ✅ Felt hard .. But I completed it ..

Day 2: ✅ Feeling pain.. But completed
Day 3: ✅ Feeling less pain (get used to it) .. Feeling light differences

it's amazing! I did this for a total of 7 days, taking a 1 day break every saturday. I've lost 4 inches in my belly area so far, with a healthy half inch being lost every day so far! I'll admit, I was highly skeptical about this workout, but now i'm not so much. at first it was kinda hard to do though, but got easier after a couple days. persistence is key!

I do this set up 2-3 times which is 14-23 minutes.

Day 1: ✅ not much of a result but i feel the burn
Day 2: ✅ i see a difference just a tad bit (i am average weight and have done many exercises just that i had quit before i even got results. My timeline with these workouts might give me faster results since my body has done these type of workouts before and i already have slight hourglass do to before.)
Day 3: ✅ it still burns😂
Day 4:❌ didn't do! I got lazy I'll do it tomorrow!

Im keeping this up until summer is over! Maybe or i will keep going.
