Doing this until I get back to school cause I wanna have a glow up- 💀 (20 days)
1 - ✅ kinda sore (August 17)
2- ✅ felt a lot more sore than yesterday but no difference yet (August 18)
3- ✅felt good I don’t think there is any difference yet, also going on a walk today (August 19)
4- I SAW A DIFFERENCE !! ✅
5- been going on walks for days now! ✅
6- just now starting, doing it until I get some type of burning feeling ✅
7- did like 20 ✅
8- did some ✅
9- went on vacation so had some exercise there, my arms hurt a lot ✅
10- still on vacation ✅
11- back and very sore, have some type of infection, but also did a little bit to have some more burning sensation (works a lot better) ✅
12- saw a big difference but I ate too much yesterday so I’m gonna eat less today and do this still ✅
13- i kinda feel the same ✅

Tip; It only really works if you do other exercises along with it, like cardio, a sport, or just a 3 minute daily workout on YouTube! You don’t have to do this, but I recommend not eating too many sweets and a lot of junk foods. If you don’t do this, you will only see a small change

Edit: hey uh guys so i quit this one and started another, well not really quit but only doing this when I’m lazy to do the one i found so yeah (the exercise i found are planks and situp and running)

Day 1: just started
Day 2: not seeing anything yet
Day 3: same as day 2
Day 4: didn’t do it got sick
Day 5: still sick
Day 6: got better i also added another tutorial
Day7: starting to see a difference well not alot
Day 8: same as day 7

Guys I have been doing both the legs ones for a week now and I see a bit change. It's gonna take time but its effective for me. It might not work for everyone and instead of doing 3 sets, I do like 7 or 8 sets depends on my mood cause that's when I actually feel the burn

i am very overweight and this exercise actually hits me hard
its my first day so i cant say much but ill do this 3 times a day for 5 days and edit the comment to tell yall how it went

Doing all workouts, no change in diet, 30 days:

Overall: the workouts made me noticeably slimmer, especially my legs. The workouts burned a lot of fat and then just kept me toned.

Regarding my waist and butt, my whole torso got a bit slimmer within the first 10 days but nothing really changed after that. My butt did get more rounded but honestly didn't change much.

Day 1-10 majority of fat burning

Day 10-20 some fat burning, mainly keeping myself toned, I could've stopped here as the results were very good.

Day 20-30 just toning, no noticeable improvement from day 20+

notes:
- day 20+ my soreness weakened dramatically, idk if I was just getting used to the pain or something but just useful to know ‼️

- out of all the exercises the inner thigh workout worked the best and I saw the most results.

- out of all the workouts the butt/wait ones worked the least, whilst I saw some results they weren't as great as the others

- also, these are just my results, others can vary depending on diet, genetics, starting weight/ fat and effort (just to keep in mind)

Day 1: When I woke up I felt the burn and was a bit sore
Progress?: not any yet because it’s only day 1!
Complete!✅

Day 2: Same as day 1 but not as sore. The first workout seems so simple but once you do it you can feel the burn😂
Progress?: I can see some lines in my stomach but they are very little. Like you can’t see them much but they are there.
Complete!✅
