If you suddenly start on quads strech, squats and all it will increse pain with in 3 days as because an an arthritis ppls they can't suddenly start on with this.
Start with activation then u can continue.
Just a reminder 😊

I was immobalized due to knee pain last year for 3, 4 days.
After some treatment, got relief.
Now at present I feel normal.
Still some mild sensation is present and I fear the attack can reoccur.
But I like to play lawn tennis.
Can I continue or will it cause problem in the long term.
