Hello Everyone,
So our todays workout is walking workout this is beginners friendly and anyone can do this workout. You can choose to do this workout on the days when your are not feeling for working out. Simple yet effective.
Join your family members of any age for this workout and enjoy. According to my watch there were 5000 steps and burned around 300 calories which can wary as per your age, height, weight you will achieve your goals anyway if you are doing this workout.

So in this workout we will be working for continue of 30 min 15 sec will be normal simple walk jog and 45 sec variation of exercise at the end theres a surprise of jump rope for 3 min straight.
