Have you considered doing a video on Keto/low carb drinks and beverages? In my experience this is an overlooked subject, people, myself included tend to overlook the carbs and empty calories in beverages. I understand this now but I took a while to understand. 👍

Hi Kait! I just want to share with you what one day of eating (New Year’s day) only meat and animal products (with booze, but no booze from here on out) did to me:-
1. For the first time my skin didn’t feel painful, dry or itchy (especially my face), that’s last night into this morning. I didn’t need to plaster my face and body with Shea butter last night.
2. I didn’t feel achy or itchy (different type of itchy from #1) all over.
3. My digestion was amazing! No bloat, gas, gurgling, stomachache, or abdominal cramps.
4. No muscle cramps or contractions.
5. Everything I ate was so satiating (1 can of sardines; 4 whole eggs scrambled with tons of butter, salt, collagen powder, beef liver powder; three large chicken thighs baked in tons of butter and salt). In fact, I found that I didn’t need to eat a lot to start feeling full. And when I felt full, I was comfortably full. (I’m still even full this morning. I’m wondering if I’ll even feel the need to eat today). Unlike when I eat a plantbased diet. No discomfort.
6. My ass is not burning, itching, or leaking.
7. I would say that my schizophrenia and eyesight have improved. Plus I’ve experienced weight loss about 30 pounds. But to be fair it’s only been one day and I was already experiencing those changes. I credit that to intermittent fasting (even though I was still eating a shit diet).
8. I noticed an improvement in my anxiety and I felt relatively happier (improved mood).
9. I felt energized.
This is one of eating this way. Just ONE day!
If feel like this just after one day, I wonder what a month will feel like. Either way, I’m giving myself a year of eating this way to see what it does for me, because I have a lot of healing to do and about 50-80 more pounds left to lose.
I really have to thank you (and certain others) for all the knowledge I have accumulated so far (and still learning)! You have been really helpful.

3day meal plan:bulletproof fasting
Day 1: coffee filled with fat to replace breakfast
Lam bowl: meat, cucumber, red pepper
Pizza in pan: cauliflower crust, low sugar tomato sauce, shredded cheese, meat toppings drizzle olive oil, olives
Day 2:
Egg scramble, eggs, green onion, bacon, butter, salt/pepper
Egg roll in bowl:
Ground beef, shredded cabbage, green onions, sesame seeds, sesame oil, salt/pepper, hot sauce, shredded carrots
Butter chicken:
Thigh, green onion, low sugar tomato sauce, coconut milk, cauliflower, curry powder, cumin powder, salt/pepper
Day3:
Bullet coffee
Avacado salad, lettuce, cherry tomatoes, olive oil, salt pepper, meat
Stuff peppers:
Ground beef, green onions, salt/pepper, olive oil, sour cream, mozzarella cheese

Hey :)
Aussie Dave here in Pennsylvania USA, ... Dinner 6pm Saturday, Roasted, bone in, skin on Chicken Thighs and a Salad with a little Cheese, ... Two hours after the meal at 8pm, blood glucose was, in US numbers, 104 :)
12 hours later at 8am Sunday with nothing but water & sleep since the meal, fasting blood glucose was 145 :(

I'm having trouble even trying to drink coffee with butter and oil. Can I use the butter and oil in my food choices? And what do you think about artificial sweeteners? Love your videos. I just found them and will be catching up for a while!

With what do those of us who do not drink coffee use replace it? I cannot stand the taste nor smell of coffee. I usually have a ZipFizz for my morning beverage and drink water or water with lemon throughout the day.
