What is the closest thing to a rope pushdown using Dumbbells?
I'm thinking that kickbacks with the elbows not as close to the sides, and maybe even twisting the wrists at the top with palms facing down... Although I felt some strain in my shoulders trying it but they were already sore so not sure if it was just a bad day when I tried that.

Any tips?

I do 3 triceps and my triceps got like 1 pounds of muscle or less

Kickbacks are not for the longhead 😬 you want the muscle to be fully stretched. Most ideal way is an overhead workout like skull crushers
