Ready to get a serious horseshoe and grow that lateral triceps head? Let’s get it.

I had a few people ask for it after I did a video detailing how to target your long head during a workout so today we are hitting the gutter part of your tricep that really gives your arm the 3D look.

The biggest takeaway should be that it ins’t the actual movement but how you execute it, you can turn any tri exercise into a lateral focused one just by how you rotate your wrists, pronate your palms and turn your shoulders in.

I like that he isn't afraid to actually use light weights. You can see his muscles flexing and working with the light weights. Others talk about proper form with a lighter weight being better than lousy form with heavy weight. Ryan does it!
