Thank God I found your videos. I was struggling with self harm, but when I found your videos, I substituted the pain I felt when I harmed myself with the pain I felt while working out. Now, whenever I feel like I want to self-harm, I work out. Thanks Cassey!

OMG I actually did it without any breaks!! I'm freaking proud. I was during the whole workout likee "yaaas gurl" because of your motivational words in-between. lol

I've been doing Pop Pilates for a few weeks now, but I've never felt better. I feel the burn after every workout and I feel so much more confident, I even got some of my friends to start following your workout calendar, and now we do your workouts together!

I had hip surgery a few weeks ago so I've been out of the workout world. I love this routine because I can actually do it in bed and get my arm muscles back. Thanks Cassey!

I really appreciate the talking during the workout and the encouraging words. For me, it seems as if the workout goes by a little faster. In turn, it makes it easier to give my all throughout the workout.
