1. Being in calorie deficit
2. Cardio/ HIIT workout (I often call these Fat Loss/Burn workouts on my channel)

I'm one week in and I'm already getting results. I'm not seeing my stomach necessarily shrink yet but I'm less bloated and my core already feels stronger. I'm able to get through it with very few breaks. I'm going beast mode week two. Might do it twice a day.

Day 2 - plank was easier todayy!

Imma do this for 7 days.
Day1. Doneee, no pain today but I'm pretty sure that my abs will be really sore tomorrow so I am just wishing day2 goes well

Table top crunch + leg drop (instead of heel reaches)
Single leg tuck ins (instead of heel reaches)

i always tried this and ended up forgetting or just not doing it … but i’m sticking to it this time !!

day 1: ✔️ not bad, hurt to keep up lol, but i feel good!
day 2: ✔️ feeling good!
day 3: ✔️ i was about to give up but i motivated myself and did it all !
day 4: ✔️ pushed through, but i totally feel the difference
day 5: ✔️
day 6: ✔️
day 7: ✔️ i was feeling really bloated today, but i really pushed myself with this one!! i tightened my core even more and put in 10x more energy, i feel great !!!
