Hey besties!

This is day 11 of my one month pilates plan! It’s a 15 minute abs & booty burn pilates workout. I hope you love this challenge as much as I did!

I was literally thinking “I feel like I’m not making any progress” and then she ended the video and I thought “Did I really just do that whole thing without taking a break or checking the time?!?”. Gotta love non-scale victories!!🎉

first of all, what.the.heck! my abs are on fire, my booty is not ok. but that was the best burn i ever felt in my life!! had to pause a few times bc my abs where just not going to be ok any other way! even if its only day 11 i can already see the changes! now i can say pilates changed my life in a healthy way!! thank youu 🩷🩷 day 11 ✅

Day 11: ✅

This one definitely burned, but it felt good! I’m still sick and slowly recovering, but I hate sitting on the couch all day and not moving. Thank you Madeline! 💞

Day 11: Wow this was an ab killer! This workout was difficult for me but I’m proud of myself for persevering. I did notice that a few of the movements did seem to get a little easier for me as I’m getting used to do them. My abs are also starting to become visible and my booty is even getting some shape to it. I will mention that I’ve also started eating more balanced meals and focused on eating more protein as well as incorporating 2 days of lifting and an overall active lifestyle. I’m so proud of myself and everyone else here who is staying consistent! Let’s keep it up!!!

I honestly was a having a ruff day today, was not in the mood for doing today’s workout but I did it anyways. My mood has totally changed. I feel a lot better and I’m happy haha. Thank you!!

Trying to GLOW UP before summer!

Day 11:

- I really didn't want to do it today and I'm slowly losing motivation, but I made sure that I made it through today's workout!
- I was able to do this at a good time instead of not being able to do it until right before I went to bed.
- I felt the burn and there were a few I had to stop early for!

Day 11 done! I involuntarily took a 2 day break by mistake, everytime I fell asleep before completing the workout, but today I made sure to get back on track and it feels great! THANK YOU MADELINE <3

Day 11: I have been doing a bad job of updating and did a day out of order but OMG the burn was so real!! I am so proud of everyone who continuing the plan!!!
