Don't forget hard boiled eggs! My breakfast is always one hard boiled egg with 1 japanese sweet potato and it keeps me full till lunch. Also low fat cottage cheese is good too!

People underestimate the nutrition of potatoes. Good source if iron and vitamin c. I usually microwave a whole potato for 7 minutes then cut it up and throw it in the pan with whatever I'm making. This keeps it from being undercooked

guys, when he say spring rolls, he's talking about the ones without rice noodles, cuz if you just order spring rolls at any viet take out place, they're going to put rice noodles, which is super dense in carbs and high in calories

In stores near me there is plant based ramen that actually tastes good with good macros! 320 cal 20g protein and less sodium than most ramen, its a life saver!!

Konjac noodles!!!! They are like glass noodles but 0 calories. I ate half a pack with some egg and veg and was so full I had to lay down. Whole meal was like 200 calories but I was so full it didn’t matter. HOWEVER they will make you shit your brains out, so know that before eating them

I am also on 800 cal rn. Best thing to eat is soup with tons of low cal veggies and salad with fat free dressing (fat free greek youghurt and hot sauce). It feels like u get a lot of warm food from the soup (especially if thickened) and the salad taste like ur eating calorie rich foods because of the dressing while ur eating empty calories coated with rich dressing).
I honestly couldnt survive without filling my stomach up in this way. I am always hungry but in the end of the say I feel full

Im eating 1535 calories a day, or less, as a 22 year old. Ive done it in the past and it works fantastic. just gotta space meals and eat alot of protein to feel full. do that with exercise and boom
