If fresh strawberries are too expensive or they're not available to you, buy some frozen ones. Take them home, put some in a bowl. Microwave them until they're nice and hot.
Get some Greek yogurt and add it to the bowl... and now you have a delicious high caloric food xD

I would like to add to this list:
asparagus which are only 20 cal every 100gr, zucchini is 17 calories every 100gr, pumpkin is 26 calories every 100gr, any pepper has around 25 calories every 100gr, Melon only 25cal every 100gr (the one with the green skin and white flesh, I think you call it Christmas Melon)
