BONUS
After you do this workout routine for at least a week straight, it's time to add something else to the mix to challenge your body more. How about some stretching? Every trainer, coach, and athlete knows that stretching is just as important as exercising. It improves muscle flexibility, increases blood flow, and decreases the chance of getting an injury. We strongly suggest not skipping it! Also make it a habit to take the stairs, no more escalators or elevators! You can even make a little workout out of it: do it for 6-10 minutes a few times a week and the changes in your legs and overall health will surprise you! Just don’t do it if you have problems with your knees or ankles.

hey guys so i’ll be updating you guys for 5 days to see if it works:

day 1: it doesn’t look the best, but my legs are burning
day 2: my legs look a little better and the exercises were a lot a easier
day 3: i kind of see a difference but not really, my weight went down a lot. and the exercise was easy
day 4: i definitely see a difference! my thighs are smaller and my weight is really small!!
day 5: i didn’t do it oops...
day 6: i did it after i did it i waited a day and my thighs are small!! i love how i look now!! this works guys trust me just be patient 💗💗

Note to everyone: the second exercise builds muscles to the calf so if you just want them SLIM and not bulky, don't do them

Ok...most of these are click bait but the Caife rise actually work I did it for about 6-8 ish days and when I wore tight a week later everyone was complementing me so yeah JUST DO IT !!!!

I just run 10 laps around my neighborhood everyday and do 200 squats everyday also running is the best tbh bc u can slim down basically everything in ur body if u run
