Hi Luc, this absolutely works. Although I don’t have early dinner but I keep 14-15 hours gap with the next meal. Also I try to do morning run, although I need more improvement. Still I’ve lost 8 kgs in 3 months. I started it after hearing your interview in Beerbiceps on intermittent fasting. Thanks a lot and I’m really grateful for the honest advice.

Thanks Luke! I follow this broadly, but will follow it with much more discipline now insha Allah because I believe it’s time to take my health and fitness to the next level insha Allah!

I did a fasted one hour walk and 5-7 minute run yesterday. I had insane levels of energy throughout the day. Will restart after my cycle iA! Thank you much for these videos which are so real, so simple, so practical, so easily doable, so useful lifestyle tips!!

Just want to know, is it ok to have dinner at 10 pm and then the next meal at 10am or 11am, after doing walk or exercise?
Just because of my work shifts, need to confirm on this. As after 10, when shifts over, I'm usually hungry.

I go to the gym at 7 pm
So dinner is usually at 9 pm or 9:30 pm

But I do keep my 12 hour gap, and have my breakfast not before 9:30 am
However, that doesn't seem to be working for me

What advice would you give to someone who goes to the gym pretty late?
