This 2 in 1 workout targets your arms and abs, can be done at home or in the gym, and uses minimal equipment! Today I'm using a set of light weights (5lbs dumbbells), but you can use any household objects if you don't have access to weights!

Mondays are my arms and abs day. So I was excited when I saw this. I definitely did not think I could do the triceps dips while touching opposite knee. But I tried anyways, and wow, I actually did it. I was surprised.
This is intense but also a REALLY great way to get a good workout in when you're pressed for time. Because you're working 2 areas of the body instead of just one. So this routine is a great way to knock them out at once. Thanks Maddie!! This killed me!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Love the video! A tip for anyone else who finds the last exercise tough on their elbows - doubling up the mat really helps :) I just folded it over and it was like magic.

Awesome! I love arms and abs together and this is a new favourite. I didn’t expect to sweat so much. It was quite challenging on the first round, but by round 2 I got the moves down better. Looking forward to trying this one again.

This is a great workout not only because it works the targeted muscles, but also because you can modify it to your level and it combines the two muscle groups into exercises instead of just switching between them.

I was feeling off today. It was really hard to get myself motivated for a workout but i knew that a workout was exactly what i needed, now i'm feeling strong and i'm so happy i did this workout. Let this be your motivation for today you can do it, you are STRONG!

I like the length of this workout. Definitely see some areas I need to adjust so that I’m using the best weight for myself and not creating sore spots (the side plank really hurts my elbow for some reason). I enjoy sprinkling in the new workouts that appear here with cardio and/or just a day that ends in Y to mix up the way that I am taking care of my body. As always, thank you.

It's now coming into the summer months, so I thought I'd find this workout again. I mis and match a lot of your yoga routines as well but this is best of the arms and abs. Day 1 complete.
