Hi Madeline, love your workouts but it would be really helpful if you could add notes or some other way on how the posture needs to be, it's hard to tell from the side profile things like of knees should touch or of my feet needs to width apart?? I am just starting out pilates with your videos!

I loved this one. Also, I have been following your workouts consistently for almost 3 months, and I have become so much stronger! I remember how difficult some of the exercises were initially, but now they're definetely my cup of tea! My core strength is unmatched, stronger than it has ever been! I would love and appreciate to see a workout with her voice and hearing huffin and puffing and to hear her to be relatable and feel better knowing she’s going through it to it would be comforting and motivating

So so so good I've been working our for years but I've taken a break for quiet some time and now doing these exercises I feel so comfortable because they're not noisy at all

I knew for a while that my arm strength was sometimes the downfall of some moves but this really highlights that. Esp my left side. I may need to do some other weight workouts to build that up😅 Great burn though
