Fiber is a specialized type of carbohydrate found in plant-based foods. It does not break down as it passes through your digestive tract, and the undigested fiber adds bulk to your stool to promote regular bowel movements.

Nuts (tree nuts and peanuts) are nutrient dense foods with complex matrices rich in healthy unsaturated fat, protein, fiber, minerals and other nutrients.

Seeds contain all the starting materials necessary to develop into complex plants. Because of this, they are extremely nutritious.
Seeds are great sources of fiber. They also contain healthy monounsaturated fats, polyunsaturated fats and many important vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.

Nuts and most seeds are rich in protein, healthy fats, fibre, minerals such as magnesium, potassium, calcium, plant iron and zinc, and contain vitamins B1,B2, B3 and vitamin E. In this video I have shared some of the nuts and seeds that contain fiber and there health benefits.
