The nutritional seeds:
1.basil seeds/sabja seeds
2.sunflower seeds
3.coriander seeds
4.fennel seeds
5.flax seeds

1.basil seeds(sabja) - 2 teaspoon -soaked overnight.
2. Sunflower seeds- 2 teaspoon - direct
3. Coriander seeds - 1 teaspoon - boil in water at night and drink in morning.
4. Fennel seed- 1 tablespoon
5. Flaxeed -1 tablespoon- roasted powdered.
6.Pumkin seeds-1 tablespoon.
7.watermelon seed-1 tablespoon.
8.Cumin seed.

1. Chia seeds, pumpkin seeds to be added too.

2. Try to replace sugar with jaggery powder form of sugar or jaggery or honey.
