I am Lebanese and in Lebanon, we soak our almonds and walnuts. We do not eat the skins on the almonds and after soaking the skins peel off easily. Also, we prefer having a nice crunch. And refreshing taste rather than a dry and dusty texture. Try it you’re welcome. 😊

Brilliant, we think we are eating healthily but in reality we are not. Thank you Doctor.

My favorite nut lately has been cashews and I have been eating a lot of them. This video has educated me on my folly and I will be switching to pistachios. Thank you for explaining things so well.

As an italian I agree hazelnut are amazing, If you come here and especially need a snack when trekking or going around for energy the best ever is the "Novi fondente nero con nocciole intere" basically "Novi, dark fondent with whole hazelnuts" is a 70% dark chocolate with hazelnuts so nice and yummy and made in italy, recommended✌️

Almonds- to remove the skin you don’t need to boil them only if you’re in a hurry; otherwise soak them in cold water for few hours and check by pinching the tail and see if they pop up.
I soak mine with walnuts overnight

I always grind the flax. Soak them over night and you'll get this slimy stuff. You can put that on your organic non. GMO roll rolled oats. But I do not have round up in it. I got some really nice.
Rolled oats from Costco. And they do not include round up the best.I've seen yet. They are sprouted. This is for those who can not give up their rolled oats.
