Love that you’re promoting good prep for tough runs like this. Also…something tells me this wasn’t for an actual 20mi trail run. Trail running is much tougher than road, both in terms of fuel burn as well as wear + tear on joints. Maybe your body is 10x more efficient than mine, but I’d probably need about 5x more water and fuel than what you show here.

Perhaps in a future vid it would be a good idea to talk about your calculated fuel burn rate and what that means for how to prep. You should be fueling every 30 min, meaning you’ll need to fuel at least 6-7 times over the course of your run.
