*My daughter drinks lots of water and urinates with the same rate, there are no other symptoms to show if those have anything to do with diabetes. This is a good information that I have gone through **Diabets.Care** She is 2 years 9 months, hale and healthy, have not done any blood test. But I am not certain if one can get diabetes at such a tender age. Please I will like to know more on that*

She said don't skip meals (2:33), but skipping meals might be good for you, depending on your situation.

My fasting blood glucose is 97 so I'm right on the edge. I'm 50 years old, overweight and everyone on my moms side of the family is diabetic. I'm feeling very motivated to try to avoid this outcome

any advanced info? I have zero risk factors and lost 30 pounds, gave up sugar, started weights and walking, BMI 23, active etc. remain at 6.2 A1c no matter what I do. often tired for low calorie intake and have to boost fat to keep going. what I eat and the blood sugar reading associated with it is highly inconsistent. desperately want to stay out of diabetes. I'm guessing it's cortisol but don't know how to get cortisol down. nursing work is stressful.

Thank you Dinata. I'd like to ask one question. In your video, you said that some diet and lifestyle changes could "prolong being diagnosed with type two Diabetes" Dose this statement mean that eventually type two Diabetes is inevitable?

Prolong? How about reversing it entirely?
