I tried this recipe and absolutely loved the unique way you prepared it! The high protein oats smoothies without sugar and milk are not only healthy but also incredibly tasty.
When I made them at home, I was impressed by how filling and satisfying they were, perfect for my weight loss journey.

Thank you so very much for sharing such healthy, yummy and awesome recipes tried the 1 & last one. It is just out of this world. I was struggling to give up on tea & coffee which I used to drink with jaggery & powdered milk, as I don’t like cow’s milk. However, after searching & found these recipes you resolved a huge problem of mine. I am also in the. Process of losing a bit of weight & I really hope these smoothies have minimal calories. Finally I am sure the 2nd recipe must be amazing but I didn’t try it as I am not a fan of fruits unfortunately. You are just amazing Ma’am God bless you and please keep on uploading such healthy recipes 🙏🙏♥️♥️

Nice recipes....but few issues
Firstly...the extra ripened bananas are high in sugar content and would cause insulin spike
Secondly chia seeds should be consumed after soaking as per my research.
