‼️Cashews should either slightly roasted or soaked overnight before having them, coz..cashews contain some bad bacteria that are released when they r soaked, so we also need to avoid drinking cashew soaked water

We always soak Nuts overnight or quick use for half hour in hot water. Soaking nuts before use reduces Phytate and improves their digestibility. You get more nutrients.

I love overnight oats especially in the summer nice cool and refreshing and then cold months I warm up my oats best thing ever I make mine with unsweetened vanilla almond milk and top with either nuts and dried fruit or fresh fruit if i want chia seeds i soak it overnight with the oatmeal ❤

Great recipe! I love making this exact same recipe. My tip would be to mix Moringa powder to the oats when dry as it mixes well. We can add chia seeds too.

This is the first time I watch your video and just this morning I ate oatmeal with oatmilk, adding Moringa powder, chia seeds, almonds, dates and some fresh blueberries as well. It’s so close to what you’re having.

Очень аппетитно выглядит! Не смотря на отсутствие молока. Я уже давно отказалась от молочке, с тех пор как прошла исследование и сдала тест fox на пищевую непереносимость. Исключила животное молоко, курицу и яйца. В основном теперь в рационе миндальное молоко вместо обычного. И у вас классный рецепт!
