I started eating overnight oats every morning back in August, and I can honestly say it's changed my life. My health is so much better just from this one change! They're delicious as well! Anyone on the fence about eating oats cold, don't be. I was the same, but I LOVE LOVE LOVE overnight oats! Thanks for all you do, Dani! Happy New Year!

Like the video format, info rich with no BS and limited editing. Not having any obnoxious music is also very appreciated.

instead of maple syrup i use fruits like bananas and strawberries as a topping or mash n mix them, it really taste great without any added sweeteners like maple syrup, honey, sugar or stevia.

I cannot say enough good things about Clean and Delicious + Dani. You literally changed my relationship with food and wellness since I stumbled upon your channel in 2020. I ALWAYS start my weekly meal prep by going to your channel. I have yet to try a recipe I don't like. You make customizations so simple. ❤❤❤

Overnight oatmeal recipes as you can find many channels and google, it is very healthy and great taste. But most of recipes are high calories that you should be careful when you make it. Avoid put much of chia seeds that is high calories. honey is great natural sweetness of material but it will also increase your insulin level if you put on much of it. Definitely healthy food overall just little caution if you want to lose weight.

I recently tried your overnight oats recipe, and I must say, I am impressed! The way you presented six different flavors was not only creative but also incredibly delicious.

Personally, I found the blueberry almond combination to be my favorite. It was so refreshing and satisfying for breakfast.

Using True Elements Rolled oats made a big difference. The oats soaked up the flavors perfectly and added a wholesome texture to the oats.

Thank you for sharing such a versatile and healthy recipe!

Instead of Greek yogurt and “milk” I use Kefir. Add 3T ground flax seeds in the morning and stir into the fermented oats. Then add blueberries on top. No cinnamon in this one. Chia seeds optional. The flax is high in omega-3 and sulfurophane, a cancer fighter. Thanks for the recipes. Looking forward to more. Happy New Year.

I discovered this wonderful recipe from you over a decade ago. It truly is a life changer. I then discovered a few months ago your recipe for overnight steel cut oats. Those have been my go-to breakfast for the past 7 months. Cheap and fulfilling are two wonderful things...especially in this economy. Using 4 cups of unsweetened Almond milk and one (dry) cup of steel cut oats, cooking on the stove per your instructions, I can get six breakfasts servings. I add the usual chia seeds, Greek yogurt, and half a scoop of vanilla whey protein powder (along w/ a splash of almond milk so everything easily blends together). I then flavor each serving similar to what you show in this vid. Thank you, again, for sharing all of your recipes!! All of the ones I have tried thus far have all turned out great!!

This is off subject...but, I just received your cookbook and we prepared our fresh produce this week. What a help it has been! Our grown nephew/godchild got shingles for New Years Eve and it is our family tradition to share ham and beans on New Years Day....we took him beans, cornbread, a small relish container (really pretty from our cut up veggies), small container cheese and crackers, a few tortilla chips and dip, fresh applesauce, a banana and an apple... dinner and snacks to enjoy when he has to take RX's. Love your cookbook! It's definitely made our life better already, Happy New Year!

I subscribed to the channel. I am changing my dietary habits for religious reasons and my blood needs to be purified so that I can complete the blood work on February 12. I shared the video with my mom so that I can try it for myself for the next seven to nine weeks.
