Macros entire Recipe: 679 Calories, 75C, 18F, 46P
Ingredients:
- 50g Oats
- 10g Cocoa
- 13g PB2
- 15g Casein
- 150g Skyr
- 100g Water
Toppings:
- 20g walnuts
- 1 banana

Mix:
50 g oats
pinch salt
13 g powdered peanuts
10 g cocoa powder
15 g protein powder (casein is better)
150 g plain fat free greek yogurt
100 g water

Refrigerate overnight

Top with walnuts and banana

I've been eating something similar for the past few months with whey, rolled oats, pb. Didn't know the casein would create a thicker texture, will definitely try it out.

I have eaten this for more than a week straight now, and I can say with 100% certainty that I will be eating it for the coming 2 years myself! Incredibly tasty, filling, and it makes me feel great with no intestinal distress whatsoever.

I much prefer it with the vanilla casein instead of the chocolate one, and I'm mixing 20g of regular peanut butter with the water instead of PB2 to cut down on the cost, and 150-200g of water is the sweet spot for me.

This is the only thing I have found to eat for breakfast that is healthy and keeps me full and energetic way past lunchtime, sometimes all the way to dinner.

I never comment on YouTube videos, but had to make an exception with this - this recipe has been an absolute lifesaver! It feels like I'm having dessert for breakfast every day and I feel great afterwards. The only addition I made was to add half a teaspoon of instant coffee to the mix to boost the chocolate flavour. Topped with a bit of whipped cream (only 30 extra calories) - amazing!

Really want to say thank you for this amazing yet simple recipe. I have been so use to my usual breakfast of eggs + turkey breast + toast for the past 2 years, but my recent job requires me to start at 7AM, so cooking in the mornings is no longer really an option. I have been making these overnight oats for the past week and it is so good and filling, with pretty much identical macros as I was getting before. I like to throw in blueberries or raspberries :)

I have been eating overnight choc oats since 5-6 months now and still obsessed with it. It is so easy and filling. I add chia seeds too

Yogurt, organic khorsan wheat, organic oats, peanut butter, chopped seeds and walnuts, and raw cacao powder with a touch of ceylon/cassia cinnamon. And I cover and let mine sit overnight on the counter. Im certainly going to begin adding bananas to it too, now! Thanks for the video!

When I first watched this video months ago and you said you've eating this daily for two years, I was skeptical. Boy was I wrong. Been having this for breakfast daily for 6 months, been a huge help in my weight loss journey. Thank you

I’ve been eating this for 2 weeks. I make 2 servings at a time (I.e. for 2 days). I’m going for extra protein, so I add another scoop of caramel protein powder to the mix. I feel like I’m eating a cake every morning - but richer, better and more delicious and filling. Thank you hugely!!

Tried this with very dark cocoa powder at first and it was so bitter and terrible. Then I tried it with normal cocoa and it's pretty good for the macros! Have been eating this every day for the past week now!

1/3 cup of oats
1 tablespoon of coco powder
1 tablespoon PB2
Half scoop protein powder
3/4 cups of skyler or yogurt
1/4 cup of Warter

I’ve been eating a similar dish for years and love it! I leave out the yogurt, then add chia, flax, and hemp seeds. I’ve often hear overnight oats with cocoa named “brown bear”

This is, without doubt, my favorite recipe from you. A total game changer. You can alter it in so many ways and it takes like 2 minutes to make. You can also add 0 calorie sweeteners. The oats are very filling, so you can just throw these in the fridge and eat them when you are too hungry. It's a pretty healthy snack. It doesn't require all night by the way. It's done in a few hours in the fridge. I personally use extra thick oats and no yogurt.

This recipe just sold a cookbook!
