Kiki I just found your channel about a month ago. I have been watching more and more each week. I cannot believe what a difference watching you has made for me!!! I am transitioning to plant based. I cannot go full in mostly because of the cost . I have been introducing recipes and foods to my husband as well and I have to tell you in the past 2 weeks we are feeling amazing!!! I wanted salted chilli tofu from the Chinese takeaway but I made it at home instead😌😊mixed chopped tofu with garlic granules, paprika, chinese five spice, dried chilli flakes and cornflour and air fried for 15 minutes. Was in a massive hurry to get my kids their dinner too so threw in about a tsp of each. It was crispy and delicious.

Omg. That sprout sandwich at the beginning looks so delicious that I'd probably eat more than one. Growing my own sprouts makes it easier to eat lots.

I love steaming vegetables now! I used to drench everything in olive oil and ghee and now I can taste the real flavor of the actual vegetables! Lol!

I'm so happy for you. I just wish these healthy foods weren't so expensive where I live. Junk food is cheaper hence why obesity is high.

How can we make 50/50 work if we're not vegan? Would it be more like the Mediterranean plate where they do half plate veggies, 1/4 carb/fiber and 1/4 protein.
Also, where are you getting your protein?

I don’t think cooking in oil is bad for you, olive oil or avocado oil :)
