I have to admit, I wouldn't have thought of the Ring Ham Curls, so I'll def incorporate that into some of my workouts when I get back to them soon. I've been getting fat from a mix of life and covid. Thanks man.

Tao, I've been watching your vids for more then a year and decided to get a pair of rings for myself to try out these exercises.I bought the rings in august 2021 and HOLY shit, it was difficult, but it was soo worth it. I can train ANYWHERE, ANYTIME and I don't need to wait for any machines like in the gym. Thank you for inspiring me to new possibilites to improve. Keep up the good vids!

I'm starting my workout program. I have rings at home. I have used these 4 exercises and a couple of others like pullups, dips, and squats to set my baseline to start tracking from; I was surprised I'm able to do 10 pullups on day 1! Thank you for the great content and inspiration Tao!

This dude knows his stuff! I switched from bodybuilding style to rings over a year ago and love it. If you eat enough and push it, it’s a great way to train to add muscle!

Funny to see the archer pushup as first. I tried that exercise in my new program today and oh boy I looove it! A warning of how challenging it is wouldve been nice though 😅 great video overall keep it up!
