I eat like a kid and I'm on a intermittent fasting. For four years now. I eat from 11am to 7pm. I'm transitioning to a raw diet. I juice and eat good foods. I recently gotten rid of Meats but can't get rid of fish. It's challenging. I'm trying to heal my gut. That's where I carry the weight and it's stressing me out the most.

A half a pound of microgreens per week a cap full of apple cider vinegar before every meal no processed foods no unrecognizable ingredients I fast and pray at least once a month and I do a big spiritual fast every season and I walk at least 2 miles every day.
Also practice earthing by wearing leather shoes and walking barefoot in the grass or beach spend as much time in nature as possible. ❤

Since I watched my first video on Nice & Neat with Dr. B. Price I began to seek more information. Some of it I knew. Now I am certain how God intended for us to eat & man has polluted our food system, brained washed us in some of our thinking abt food & health, along with family traditions. Seedless fruit. It's hard to find watermelon with seeds or any fruit for that matter. thank you Dr Price. Keep the information coming. 2024 is going to be a new lifestyle of caring for me. Great for Autism (especially non-verbal).. gut-brain connection. When their diet improves through whole foods, their stimming lessens and some start talking for the first time. It can be a bit difficult though since children with Autism are known to be picky. A good number end up on feeding tubes as well. You couldn't even tell my son had Autism because he was drinking juiced cilantro every single day. One day he just stopped... and regressed. Back to square one. I'm not stopping though. I'm going to keep trying.
