Thank you .. I shall get up aNd eat more sauerkraut yogurt and coconut . and I live those bitter dandelion greens . I'm eighty yrs old and as a child I watched Grammar go out in her yard and pick Dandelion greens . She cooked them and they ate them with vinegar . . I put them in my salad .

My dietician aid FODMAPS is the way to go. That excludes the whites of onion, garlic, sugar, lactose, fructose.

My PA put me on Kefir 3x day. I’ll have to change my whole diet
because of an intestinal
infection I’ve had for over 6 months. No seeds, caffeine, grease, fatty, sugar, processed, highly seasoned foods & some veggies & fruits. I’ve switched to pretzels instead of potato chips which are bad on the gut. The BRAT diet helps too.

Ok iv been suffering from vomiting
lately a little over a week and iv been
Narrowing down Foods too get rid of
Like cheese and most dairy products
but yesterday I had Mexican food and forgot to tell them to take out the cheese and sour cream so I was in the restroom all afternoon until 4 or 5pm and I started feeling hungry again so I go for Chinese food,
just steam white rice, seared chicken
With vegetables but half way through eating it I started feeling sick and a little dizzy so I stopped
went into a gas station and bought bottle water desanti and I go back too my vehicle and sit down and drink the water and a hour goes by
I back inside the house take shower and brush my teeth and I go back to my car stay up texting until 3 or 4am
fall asleep wakeup at 8am feeling horrible dizziness sick to my stomach the only thing I did different
is brush my teeth and drink bottle water and sleep in my vehicle. Now I was eating some of the foods you talked about on a regular basis a few weeks ago and last weekend I stopped for a week and eat food from grocery store that was premade in plastic container and I had cheese and crackers after that and next morning I was sick as a dog and dizzy vomiting back to back just like this morning so I'm not sure what to do only avoid food all together. So please help sir.

Lately I've noticed that having raw fruits and veggies cause me to feel nauseated or just throw up. Could this be a sign of a damaged gut? I know my diet hasn't been the best lately and I want to improve it. But really, I'd love to enjoy fruit again. 🥴

I’ve had success with eating fiber rich foods and bone broth. I just have to be careful eating anything with a lot of seasoning on it. 😮
