Take probiotics! I struggled for 6 months with unknown cause of reflux and stomach burning when I ate food. Slept in a recliner for most of the time. I started taking 6 million CPUs of probiotics and hallelujah my gut is finally healing and I feel tremendously better. Thank you Jesus!

I took this for my leaky gut, and it gave me a 10 day migraine. This is a very common side effect with L-glutamine, wish I had read reviews before trying it out, it was pretty awful. Just be careful with L-Glutamine.

I was diagnosed with inflammation in my stomach lining and small intestine lining. All the specialists did was put me on a med that depleted acid. Which only made it worse. I started drinking L Glutamine powder. And eating fermented foods.

Glutamine is best taken on empty stomach. Night time is better. Has more time to do what needs to do. Empty stomach is at least 90 minutes before food and at least 2 hrs after food.

🥰 I absolutely love your channel 🥰 I used to take l glutamine all the time but when I found out it feeds cancer cells I stopped, now what I do for imbalances is psyllium husk. Two tablespoons In a cup of water and mix drink it back before meal or on an empty stomach This will coat stomach causes less blood sugar spike also help with digestion the only thing is it is street fiber psyllium husk mace soak up water in the intestine so you have to drink more water if your stools get super hard.. I drink two to three liters of water or more a day so I don't have this problem but just be aware.. I'm not bloated anymore I go to the bathroom regularly not at the same time everyday but generally once a day and I drink this mixture two to three times a week or you can do it everyday doesn't matter.. Your stomach will love you - Thanks for your tips and all your help keep up the excellent work doctor
