I'm definitely going to try this, but i do want to give everyone a heads up. Celtic Sea Salt isn't for everyone. My sister heard about it put me on after hearing about its great benefits. We started taking it at the same time and I also gave some to a friend of mine. Though I had no side effects, both my friend and sister became very sick almost immediately with bad headaches and weakness. Come to find out, their bodies couldn't handle this particular type of salt. It's an amazing mineral, but just giving a heads up. It's not for everybody.
