Fruit is generally not on the menu for keto. While it's usually best to avoid fruit when living a ketogenic lifestyle there are some fruits that can be enjoyed.

This depends on a few factors which you will want to keep in mind. In this video "15 Keto Friendly Fruits" we will talk about what those factors are as well as list several options that could be great for you.

Keto is not always cut and dry. "This is or is not keto" is not always the most effective way to think about it.

Often different kinds of food options fit very well into a ketogenic way of eating for some people. While other people need to avoid those same options to stay in ketosis.

Fruits are a good example of this and we will discuss that in detail.
The fruits on this list CAN be good options while following a keto lifestyle just not for ALL people all of the time.

I don't worry about ketone levels. My healthy low carb diet is so much better then how I was eating. I also don't worry about loosing fast. I'm loosing steadily and eating an apple everyday for my digestion and my pleasure. Thanks for the list JT!

About apples -depends on species..If you can get those non commercial heirloom, they are not even sweet, theyhave a slight tart taste and much more dense in polyphenols.

Wow I didn’t realize blueberries were so high. I’ve really leveraged blueberries strawberries and blackberries in my diet and also satisfy my dessert desire. Going to have to manage my portion but…also really surprised as some of the alternatives you mention

A Chinese friend gave me a tomato and a little plum, I'm good with tomato but I don't know about the plum, I don't want to be rude so I'll eat it when I do one meal a day. Thanks for the information, with some luck It won't kick me out too much, after all I stroll everyday and have a lot of low carb vegetables everyday.

tbh i tried keto diet mostly because i want to lose weight, i just want to share my experience with it, its really actually hard to sustain plus i do experience very excruciating headache thats why i stopped it and started agoge diet. i did lose weight without all those bad things and i have never been happier. maybe keto is not just for me

If you want to lose fat, you shouldn't compromise your well-being with the ketogenic diet. I recommend getting a personalized diet. I've had great success with the *Agoge diet* for example.
