This is a full body, low intensity, cardio boxing workout...no equipment needed. Simply follow along and have fun! Thingk of this boxing workout as a steady, slow paced run. That's right, your pace should be sustainable with your heart rate elevated but you aren’t out of breath. Try to go at a pace that suits you. Slow it down if needed! I have put together different bodyweight exercices and 3 punches boxing combos. The timer ⏱️ will be on for 45 seconds of work the entire duration!

Great work, just smashed it, knees aren’t great managed all but lunges. Did press ups instead during all lunges. Puffed out 😂
