My mental state has been absolutely awful today. I had to force myself to get up off my bed and do this workout. I compensated by picking a shorter one, but this one was NO JOKE. A third of the way through I was throwing my entire being into these moves. Groaning and yelling in the planks but feeling like a bad ass the entire time. My head feels so much more clear. Those parting word were what I needed. I’m so proud of myself❤️❤️ I believe in YOU too!

Sadly because I’m so new to this I couldn’t do everything. Lower body strength I need to work on a lot but the fact that I did it after the mental health struggle I’ve been going through I feel really proud of myself. Thank you for calming my anxiety down and having encouraging words the whole time

Thank you, I haven’t been working out and having been feeling good. My son had major brain surgery and I put myself on the back burner but I figure if we are in a rehab hospital and he’s working hard I should too, so thank you for an awesome workout!!!

For the past few months I haven't been feeling myself. But after going through this fitness video and exercising I feel much better. I actually feel like somebody again

my blood is flowing, my thoughts feel fresh and I think I'm becoming in a much much better state (physically and mentally). <3

i can't believe i just finished this workout and finding it "average" for my fitness level when a year ago i couldn't even do like half of it.
to anyone reading this: you will notice results when you least expect them. DO NOT QUIT, everyone started as a beginner, being good at something is all about consistency and passion. fitness is a journey not a destination, we're all at different points.

i'm so proud of myself, everytime i workout i feel like i'm getting better at this.

I'm going through depression and boxing is something I have so much passion for and doing this workouts again makes me feel amazing and this is only the beginning. I am a fighter and I will become the boxer I am.. Thank you so much!!

I’m just jealous how their hair looked flawless after the workout while mines looked like a scary mess. Still a good workout though!!
