Thanks Luke. I went on holidays overseas 5 weeks ago and got very sick at the beginning despite not eating much and walking a lot but had little sleep. I improved a couple of weeks ago, but still didn't feel good as food that is healthy for me was limited.I came back home and bam! - I'm sick again. This has never happened before. I assume it's the tiredness, stress, weather change and microbes.
