In his early twenties, ANDY PUDDICOMBE left his Sports Science studies to become a Buddhist monk. When he returned to the UK, he had one goal in mind: to teach mindfulness to as many people as possible. Today, Andy is an expert on meditation & mindfulness and co-founder of Headspace.

He shares his journey—radically changing his life to become a Buddhist monk and later co-founding one of the most popular mindfulness apps today, which has more than 65 million users in more than 190 countries.

The App Headspace is the best thing which came to my life. I'm meditating for 4 and a half years, and it is still super.

Thank you Andy for sharing and risking this great talk. I'm dyslexic and words are very important so thanks for keeping separate: Mind and Brain, Thinking and Thoughts. Putting down Should, Have to's and just allowing the Present to Be.
For me there is nothing to Fear, but that requires knowing that there is nothing to Hope for either, No opposites nor judgements nor desires.

Thank you for your sharing. I am a Thai, keep maintaining the Buddhism culture. Especially doing the middle way meditation. It help me a lots and also can be create the nice atmosphere around me as well . It can feel the real inner peace inside mind.

If it takes years to add other languages to your program.... then you've setup your code wrong.
But on topic (hahaha) I loved the mindfulness discussion had here it was great ^_^
