15 min Cardio and Strength Workout to Strengthen Legs and Glutes using Body Weight

This 15 minute cardio and strength workout is geared to strengthen the legs and glutes using body weight (no equipment necessary). If you want to intensity the workout, you can keep dumbbells at the side to pick up during the workout. We'll warm up first with cardio exercises, then get in some leg exercises that will have your heart rate increase while providing you with a short and effective workout. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 1725 steps.

This is one of my favorite lower body workouts. I love the balance challenge exercises especially. The standing bird dog is a killer :)

I'm waiting till tomorrow..leg day and adding this on. It looks amazing. Horrible cold and very very wet day here in Scotland, but I'm about to start my workout in front the Christmas tree🎅🎄

Good morning Jules...Oh my Gosh...this was absolutely fantastic!! I wanted a leg workout this morning and this absolutely did it. When I saw it was cardio I put my 2 pound ankle weights on and then like 5 minutes in I replaced with them my one pound weights. It was So good!! The thing I love most about your workouts Jules is that no matter what...I can always cater the workout to me and I don't feel like I am falling far behind. If I was looking for more steps I wouldn't have used any weight.

This morning I was late for work but I decided to not skip my daily routine. I only had 15 minutes and this came up- well... I must say I feel as if I had finished a 40 minute long workout! Most effective 15 minutes EVER!!!! Thank you SO MUCH! 😍😍😍

Hullo Jules,
On Monday, I realized I wasn't able to do justice to this workout, so I moved to your more gentle ones. This morning, I woke up feeling much more energetic and thoroughly enjoyed these wonderful exercises. My legs and glutes thank you...the knees follow a bit more cautiously😆! I'm 75, 7 weeks post total hip replacement and managed this today with a few changes ref squats as not able to do those yet. I really believe my workouts I did with you pre-op has made my recovery so much quicker than many others my age. Thank you! 😊

Thank you Jules. In my opinion these are the best types of workouts. Of course I love squats but I enjoy them particularly in a light cardio package. Options to use weights can deliver quite a cardio punch and the short intervals remain a powerful motivation to give everything ❤
