20 MIN DEMANDING FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT // No Equipment

Here we go! We are going for 20 minutes in this full body HIIT workout… 20 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest! Trust me your heart rate is going to be up!

All you need is a bottle of water, a mat for cool down and tie those laces tight!

Please ensure you warm up. See my HIIT warm up routine in the links below.

Every 3rd exercise in this high intensity full body workout are burpees! Simply hands on floor and back up!

* LOW LUNGE TO SQUAT (same side)

The limited rest is going to be a challenge! A challenge but make sure to have fun with it too!

I tried this workout this morning and Lord have mercy on me and everyone else in the future that tries to do it, I have been trying to find the most intense workout video that will really make me sweat and this one right here does the job! Thank you Caroline!

So I did this workout once before and I struggled so hard to finish it, but I have come back after exercising regularly for a little over a month and I got through it really well. It was still hard, but I felt so srrong doing it. Thank you Caroline for a great workout, and thank you Linda Sun for introducing me to the queen of burn!

The best thing about this workout is that every time I started to wonder what might be the next exercise, it was always burpees! :D So the only thing I had to concentrate on was not dying :D I took three breaks and literally cried out of joy when it was done. I can't wait to do it again tomorrow. This was one of the best things that has ever happened to my body.

What fun it was to do this workout with my daughter and husband on my active rest day? My 5 yo son was "monitoring" our progress and trying to ensure we do our burpees the way Caroline was doing it 😆...
