i have a tip, so when you think your stomach is empty/or if you think ur hungry, ur prolly not. bc ur stomach doesnt know if ur hungry or thirsty so, the next time u feel hungry, drink two glasses of water and wait for abt 20-30 mins, if you still feel hungry, then ur hungry, if you dont, ur not hungry- hope this helped!!

1st tip:Do K-pop dances more! It's helps you to lose alot of weight •{Maybe do easiest to hardest?!}•
Tip 2:Try to do workouts le sserafrim workout helps you alot try to do it for 1 week!
Tip 3:Don't skip meals! If your hungry then wait for 1 minute and check if your still hungry if your still hungry then eat if your not then don't eat •{Remember to keep balance on the food!}•
Tip 3: Don't over do all of these!!

One thing I'd like to point out is that drinking water right before a meal is not right according to Ayurveda. I disturbs the natural ability of stomach to digest the food.

Nowdays it's a trend to go to gym even I also hitted gym but trust me! Going to gym is useless..U should eat healthy with limited calories, do cardio at home, go for a walk (do brisk walk), running and skipping is so important do it...U will Loose weight so fastly and avoid doing weight training! Here's another tip
• do intermittent fasting
• don't take bad calories (like chips)
• eat honey
• do dance as much as u can
• play sport games
• drink water (atleast 8 glasses)
• don't skip meals ( u don't wanna become like a skeleton right?)
• have cheat days ( 1 day in two weeks)

Dont lose weight especially if you have a body like the admins because i think that the admin has a very ideal body and its not that cool or slay to lose weight i have been there and i was never overweight or unhealthy i know yall are claiming that this will keep you healthy but honestly eat whatever you want while you are in your teens dieting is something you can do when you are older
