I get about the same results as in the video, but there is no pain. Instead, it seems like the range of motion is 2" less on that side. Abduction, adduction, flexion, extension and internal and external rotation are OK. I do get a catching hip pain sometimes when "braking" or stopping while walking and when stair climbing. Some adductor pain. No morning problems. No more crepitus on that side compared to other.

Doctor, i am in my late 30's. I have a right hip joint arthritis at the beginning stage and 3mm lower back disc protrusion. Are they interrelated, did one resulted the other, does treatment of one will heal the other? Did covid19 treatment (azythromycin) caused one or both of them? I think many people have such issue nowadays and your answer would benefit hundreds if not thousands. Many thanks!

Does this mean that if you are able to do this movement with elbows on each side, you don't have arthritis?

These useless DUTCH doctors, during years, did not check my hip mobility when I came to them, many times, with low back and legs pain. Six years ago they did a MRI and could find nothing and affirmed that it was muscular tension. In january this year, due to my insistence my doctor referred me for a hip X-Ray and 3-4 grade hip osteoarthritis was diagnosed. A real disaster!

Well why don't you show us what it should look like he is showing that he has a problem with his hip. Why don't you show us what it looks like to do that when your hip normal? We're only seeing the abnormal hip. Why don't you show a picture of what it looks like when you've bend.down and you have a normal hip
