Vegan Cheese Sauce

Recipe:

1 cup raw cashews (soaked min. 2 hours)
2 tbls nutritional yeast
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper (optional
1/4 tsp garlic granules (optional
1/2 cup water
½ tbls lemon juice

Combine ingredients in high-speed blender. Blend until smooth.

Pimiento pepper is really good in veggie cheez. And I add a couple Tbsp of sesame meal (ground sesame seeds)..
