For those asking what to do until workout B is up: what you can do is choose exercise alternatives to the ones listed in Workout A. Just ensure that you at least include a pushing movement, a pulling movement, and a legs movement along with additional accessory movements if needed. I appreciate your patience, just understand that it takes me a lot of time and effort to plan/film/edit these videos along with the PDF. But I will get it out soon so stay tuned!

I'm 19 and I have been doing these workouts pretty consistently for about 9 months, I weigh 160 and just for perspective I am benching 205. I feel lean, strong, and full of energy. I often play basketball and just feel like a better athlete after using these workouts. I have alot more work to do but this pays off, a perfect workout to get fit, and most importantly I have lots of fun at the gym with it. Thank you for your research.

This was so helpful. I always thought that by doing a set in every machine in the gym counted as a full body workout. I actually train also very hard and this was so complementary and satisfying. I actually broke a sweat and came back home dead after this. Amazing keep up the good work 👍🏻
